(Nutritionist & juice slurper!)
I am currently training at The College of Natural Nutrition. Upon qualification as a nutritional therapist my practice will bring to my clients a suitably tailored diet and techniques specific for their needs. I feel my own journey out of M.E. and into good health using what I have learned and put into practice is testament to the effectiveness of nutritional therapy. With seemingly constant conflicting information coming to us from all angles it is often difficult to know what is really a healthy diet. As Hippocrates stated ‘one man’s food is another man’s poison’. This is the reason the College of Natural Nutrition made so much sense to me, there is no ‘one size fits all’, there are many factors that need to be taken into account on recommending a healthy diet for any individual.
here are however, many other important factors that need to be looked at if we are to attain good health, diet is just one part of a healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet alone will not always give us healthful living.I regularly practice yoga, which has been an invaluable tool for increasing and maintaining good energy levels. Other interests include homeopathy, reiki, acupuncture, deep tissue massage and osteopathy.
Sarah shares her recommendations for diet and nutrition at the Tilton House Detox Retreats which take place in March each year.
She is also currently looking for case studies, for more information visit www.sarahphipp.co.uk
