The Full Moon Detox Extravaganza at Tilton House
Spring symbolises a time of new life and fresh beginnings, when the whole of nature begins to yawn, stretch and slowly make its way out of hibernation. Quite simply it is a chance for us to start again.
On this retreat we'll get stuck into five yoga practices, split between two morning energising sessions, two restorative afternoon workshops and a grounding closing practice. Our overrall aim will be to cleanse the mind and body of deeply held toxins and physical patterns that prevent us from achieving our true potential.
Tilton House is a stunning venue run by shining souls Polly and Shaun. Nestled underneath the South Downs and edged by woodland with far reaching views across the Sussex Weald it is a favourite haunt of many yogis looking for a chance to reconnect with nature.

Meaning 'peaceful valley', Huzur Vadisi is built around a traditional restored farmstead with a natural stone swimming pool and a spacious shaded yoga sala. Accommodation is in yurts scattered among the olive groves, immersed in nature, where the only sounds are the cicadas, the call of owls at night and in springtime the song of the heavenly nightingales. At night the valley is completely dark and the night sky is absolutely wonderful!
Price includes all yoga, meals and shared accommodation (of which £150 non refundable deposit is required to secure your place).
Daily yoga practices will include an early morning and late afternoon session. You will be guided through a mix of creative vinyasa flow yoga, pranayama, detailed workshop instruction and partnerwork, guided meditation and restorative work.
The rest of the time is yours to do whatever you wish with!
Price excludes flights from Gatwick to Dalaman (to be booked by you) and transfers to the resort (£35 pp)
