Nestled underneath the South Downs and edged by woodland with far reaching views across the Sussex Weald, Tilton House sits impressively in the natural landscape. There will be a total of five yoga practices to get your yogic juices flowing and in between those you are free to laze in the hammocks, meditate by the moonlit pit fires, soak up the breathtaking scenery as you walk across the South Downs and refuel by eating the most exceptionally nutritious and legendary tasting food!

Meaning 'peaceful valley', Huzur Vadisi is built around a traditional restored farmstead with a natural stone swimming pool and a spacious shaded yoga sala. Accommodation is in yurts scattered among the olive groves, immersed in nature, where the only sounds are the cicadas, the call of owls at night and in springtime the song of the heavenly nightingales. At night the valley is completely dark and the night sky is absolutely wonderful!
Price includes all yoga, meals and shared accommodation at £595 pp (of which £150 non refundable deposit is required to secure your place).
Daily yoga practices will include an early morning and late afternoon session. You will be guided through a mix of creative vinyasa flow yoga, pranayama, detailed workshop instruction and partnerwork, guided meditation and restorative work.
The rest of the time is yours to do whatever you wish with!
