I am currently taking a break from teaching as I'm expecting my first child in July 2011.
I will be teaching at Synchronicity Studio, Clapham North until Tues June 7th and will then be on Maternity Leave until 2012.

PRIVATE SESSIONS / GROUP LESSONS:
Deepen your personal practice with a one-on-one session. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Privates are a great way to learn more about meditation, breathing, alignment, philosophy and receive specific modifications and adjustments.
Group lessons are offered for any occasion.

CLASS SUGGESTIONS:
Wear comfortable clothing and avoid wearing perfume to classes.
Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach so try not to eat anything for at least 2 hours prior to class.
Inform your teacher if you are injured or pregnant.
Remember it’'s always okay to rest or skip a posture. Trust your body'’s wisdom.
